Grievance Redressal Procedure

Step 1: Informal Resolution

Students are encouraged to first discuss their concern with the concerned faculty member or administrative staff for quick resolution.

Step 2: Formal Complaint

If the issue is not resolved, the student may submit a written grievance via:

  • Email
  • Written application
  • Official communication channel of the institute

The grievance should clearly mention:

  • Student name & course
  • Nature of the grievance
  • Date and relevant details

Step 3: Review & Resolution

The grievance will be reviewed by the management or designated authority of Vaishnavi Computer Center.
A fair decision will be communicated within a reasonable time.

Timeframe for Resolution

Every effort will be made to resolve grievances within 7–10 working days.

Complex issues may require additional time, which will be communicated to the student.

Confidentiality

  • All grievances will be handled with strict confidentiality.
  • Student identity and details will be protected throughout the redressal process.

False or Malicious Complaints

Any grievance found to be false, misleading, or malicious may result in disciplinary action as per institute rules.

Student Responsibilities

  • Raise grievances in a respectful and constructive manner
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Cooperate during the grievance resolution process
